Positive: Superb location to walk across street to Kahalu'u Beach Park with superb snorkling so easily accessible. This condo's balcony, as well as the pool and hot tub, overlook the park, but 3rd floor avoids most noise. It is a luxury condo with so many kitchen small appliances and food prep aid aids and fancy serving glasses and trays. Huge master bedroom with 2nd door to balcony. Lots of beach accessories in storage closet. No time for the books, 3 TVs, and indoor entertainment. Amazing Hawaiian decor in furniture, wall hangings, ornamental plants, etc.

Negative: In 8 fantastic days we only have a small complaint. Host phone service was not helpful in figuring out how to use door locks. If the key pad on outside wall by door has no other purpose it should be taken off to avoid confusion. After some consternation, when phone host couldn't help us, we figured out the correct key pad was between screen door and locked door, not the one beside the door. We also had a concern about locking the door and host phone service had us on hold for about 15 minutes and then left, leaving us only the option of leaving a message. I think we just didn't wait long enough past a second set of clinks and beep before checking to see that it was indeed locked, but it would have been better than waiting so long before leaving.

Summary: We did indeed feel like we had arrived in paradise.
